The new Touareg.

The new Touareg’s fresh face and body design is sleek, powerful and dynamic, with distinctive sidelines. Its racy, striking profile showcases the power of the vehicle whereas timelessly elegant shapes and lines radiate confidence and a sense of style.

Touareg’s new interior is equally as compelling. In the 180kW and 250kW models the leather interior includes comfort front seats which are adjustable in 12 directions and all models have heated front seats. All models come with a multi-function leather steering wheel, premium stereo system (V8 includes a navigation system), Media Device Interface and premium hands free Bluetooth mobile phone kit including voice control capability.

Touareg’s optional “Terrain-Style” package reflects its off-road skills with chrome plated exhaust tips, underride guard and side skirts. “Chrome & Style” is a more dressy option – two chrome-plated rectangular tailpipes, and lower bumpers and sills painted to match the body colour.

The new Touareg boasts a range of precision alloy wheels –  on the V6 (150kW) the 17” Atacama are standard, on the V6 (180kW) the 18" Karakum and on the V8 the 19” Everest. Volkswagen also has a number of other 19” or 20” alloy wheel options available.

The Touareg’s optional panoramic sunroof slides and tilts and gives the cabin a bright, airy feel. The front glass panel can be tilted electronically into 7 refreshing positions. There’s also an integrated sunshade.
