More space to get your head around.The Amarok is big inside and out. The 2.52 m² load platform offers plenty of space for freight. And a through-loading width of 1,222 mm between wheel housings makes it possible to load a standard sized pallet crosswise. The Amarok therefore sets standards in this class of vehicle. And you can rest assured your load is safe - even if you have to drive over bumpy stretches or in off-road conditions. You can secure it on four different lashing eyes using tie-down belts (a load compartment liner is also available on request, along with a range of sports lid and tray cover options). | |
| Loading and unloading. Intelligently.The Amarok helps take the sweat out of loading and unloading with an ultra-low loading sill height of 780 mm. Complimenting that are 508 mm pickup sides - unusually high which makes it unusually easy to transport bulk freight. If needed, the sturdy tailboard can be used as a practical extension of the load area. |
Maximum load of over 1 tonne.
The Amarok can carry up to 1,147 kg*. A huge load for its size. This is made possible by heavy-duty leaf springs, which can be combined either with rear-wheel drive or selectable 4MOTION all-wheel drive.If you have even more to carry you can choose the optional tow bar. The Amarok can then tow a trailer weight of up to 2.8 t. Even with the maximum trailer weight, mountains with a gradient of 12% are no problem for the Amarok. When carrying 1-tonne loads, the ute can still cope with 45 degree inclines. Mind bending stuff.

| Functional down to the last detail.The Amarok has load platform illumination as standard. It lights up the load platform so freight can even be loaded or unloaded in the dark. Its cinema-style seats can be folded up to give you even more stowage space in the back. Great for loads you need to keep out of the rain. |
