The Volkswagen Vehicle Care Programme is designed to reduce the worry of owning a new vehicle, which is why Volkswagen stands by its products with the following warranties. These are all included in the purchase of your new Volkswagen.
Mechanical Warranty
All new Volkswagens come with a comprehensive mechanical warranty which protects you against mechanical defects and vehicle paint aspects. - Facelift MY 12 Crafter comes with a 3 year or up to 250,000km mechanical warranty.
- All other commercial vehicles come with a 3 year or up to 100,000km mechanical warranty.

3 year Volkswagen Roadside AssistanceWe have a 24 hour 7 day Roadside Assistance Program to help you out whenever you need. All you need to do is call 0800 577 599 and we will be there to support you and get you back on the road. The Volkswagen Roadside Assistance programme is operated in conjunction with the New Zealand Automobile Association. |
Anti-corrosion warrantyYour Volkswagen vehicle is also protected from the natural elements with a fully galvanised body that includes a specified corrosion perforation warranty against rusting of body panels. Terms and conditions apply. |
