As part of the constant monitoring process by the manufacturer both during and after production it has been established that on Polo GTI vehicles within the affected vehicle range a possibility exists that a fracture in the area of the clutch pedal attachment can occur due to poor welding. This affects the function of the clutch operation.
The potential fault only applies to a limited number of vehicles built within a specific period.

This affects the function of the brakes.
