Campaign 24M5 - Low pressure fuel pressure sender

On Touareg vehicles with 2.0l TFSI or 4.2l FSI engine of a limited production period the low pressure fuel pressure sender can fail. The failure is indicated by the engine warning light.

Campaign 17C6 - Oil cooler

On all affected Touareg vehicles with 5 cylinder diesel engine oil can get into the coolant circuit because of leaks in the oil cooler. On all affected vehicles the oil cooler must be changed as a precautionary measure.
On some vehicles the thread of the oil filter attachment on the oil filter module must also be measured according to the repair instructions and if necessary the oil filter module replaced.

Campaign 69F5 - Rear belt lock

On all affected Touareg vehicles of the chassis number range faulty rear belt locks may have been fitted because of a riveting defect.

For safety reasons a check of your vehicle is necessary. The check of the belt lock will take less than an hour. Check and repair are, of course, free of charge to you.

Campaign 72D1 - Anti-chafing protection of foot-operated parking brake

On all affected Touareg vehicles of the chassis number range a moveable part of the foot-operated parking brake can chafe on the main wiring loom.

For safety reasons a check of your vehicle is necessary. The check of the wiring loom will take less than an hour. Check and repair are, of course, free of charge to you.
