1.The Volkswagen Mobility Guarantee Program reserves the right to decline assistance if your vehicle: Has a recurring electrical or mechanical fault or has not been serviced to the manufacturer’s recommendation and maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition. Is temporarily disabled by floods, snow affected roads, embedded in sand or mud or is not easily accessible due to other adverse conditions. 2.The Volkswagen Mobility Guarantee Programme Emergency Operations Centre must be contacted when a break down or other incident arises that may be the subject of a claim as the scheme cannot provide reimbursement unless the Volkswagen Mobility Guarantee Program has given authority. |
