Full Terms and Conditions 2026

1. The Promoter is European Motor Distributors Limited trading as Volkswagen NZ.

2. This promotion commences on 1 September 2026 and ends at close of business on 13 December 2026 or while stock lasts (Promotion Period).

3. If you make an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) of a promotional vehicle listed in the table (Promotional Vehicle) and pay for the Promotional Vehicle using UDC Finance Limited (UDC), the terms of the finance offer will be:

3.1 The loan will be financed by UDC. UDC's lending criteria and standard terms and conditions apply;

3.2 You must pay a minimum of 20% deposit on the Promotional Vehicle;

3.3 The interest rate of the finance offer will be 1.99% p.a. fixed for the term of the loan; and

3.4 The term of the loan will be 24 months.

4. An eligible purchase means a purchase of a Promotional Vehicle that satisfies all the following (an Eligible Purchase):

4.1 from an Authorised Volkswagen dealer in New Zealand during the Promotion Period; and

4.2 that is new landed stock (ie a vehicle that has already arrived in the country and is physically present at the dealership or in a local warehouse ready for delivery);

4.3 is purchased at Maximum Retail Price;

4.4 Is paid via a minimum 20% deposit with the balance financed through UDC; and

4.5 registered in your name during the Promotion Period.

5. A PPSR fee of $10.35, monthly maintenance fee of $2, UDC loan fee of $130 and a dealer origination fee will apply. The Authorised Volkswagen dealer will advise you of their applicable fee.

6. This Offer does not apply to Volkswagen Guaranteed Future Value contracts and any residual payment.

7. This Offer does not apply to Promotional Vehicles ordered outside of the Promotion Period, or any fleet, rental, government purchase or the purchase of any demonstration vehicles.

8. This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount.

9. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer, including any matters relating to eligibility, is final.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Offer or otherwise amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any amended or updated terms will be published on the Promoter’s website.

11. All pricing stated includes GST and excludes on‑road costs and accessories.
