Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.   
  2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18 currently residing in New Zealand only.   
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.   
  4. To participate in the draw to win a Kombi heritage prize pack valued at over $500 visit the Volkswagen New Zealand Facebook page relevant post - https://www.facebook.com/VolkswagenNZ  
  5. To be considered an eligible entry you must follow Volkswagen New Zealand Facebook page and share with us a photo of your Kombi or your favourite Kombi memory for the chance to win the ultimate Kombi giftpack.    
  6. Limit of one entry per person.   
  7. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.   
  8. There is 1 x prize to giveaway including a heritage BBQ set, two heritage beach towels, T1 picnic blanket, a wooden cutting board and knife and a BBQ apron.
  9. The promotion commences 7:00pm 20 July 2023
  10. Entries to this competition close 11.59pm 23 July 2023  
  11. Volkswagen will select a prize winner at random from all eligible entries during the Promotion Period.  
  12. The winner will be notified within three days following the prize draw using Facebook messenger.  
  13. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and the promoter.   
  14. The Winners must contact Volkswagen within 48 hours or the Winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and the Prize may be redrawn in Volkswagen’s sole discretion.   
  15. Volkswagen is the promoter of this Promotion and may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Volkswagen reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Promotion or any element of the Promotion for any reason, including any cancellation, suspension or change necessitated by any event outside of Volkswagen’s control.  
  16. By entering this prize draw, entrants consent to the use of their information as described on the entry form.   
  17. Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future Volkswagen promotions and communications unless the entrant indicates otherwise.
