Facebook Motorhome Show 2023 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 18 currently residing in New Zealand only. 
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
  4. To participate in the draw to win a double passe to the Covi Super Show in Auckland visit the Volkswagen New Zealand Facebook page tag a friend on the relevant post.
  5. Limit of one entry per person. 
  6. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize. 
  7. There is 1 x prize to giveaway. 
  8. The promotion commences 9am 7 March 2023
  9. Entries to this competition close 12pm 10 March 2023
  10. Volkswagen will select a prize winner at random from all eligible entries during the Promotion Period.
  11. The winners will be notified within three days following the prize draw using Facebook messenger.
  12. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and the promoter.
  13. The Winners must contact Volkswagen within 48 hours or the Winner will be deemed to have rejected the Prize and the Prize may be redrawn in Volkswagen’s sole discretion.
  14. Volkswagen is the promoter of this Promotion and may modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Volkswagen reserves the right to cancel, suspend or change the Promotion or any element of the Promotion for any reason, including any cancellation, suspension or change necessitated by any event outside of Volkswagen’s control.
  15. By entering this prize draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their information as described on the entry form.
  16. Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future Volkswagen promotions and communications unless the entrant indicates otherwise.

The Worldwide Harmonized Light-Duty Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP) is designed to provide a standardised measurement and enables the consumer to make reliable comparisons between vehicles in terms of energy (fuel and/or electricity) consumption, emissions, and electric vehicle range. However, it should be noted that the results of this test may not accurately reflect the actual fuel consumption, emissions, or range that a driver might experience in the real world. Actual results may vary depending on various factors such as driving style, road conditions, temperature, weather, vehicle load, and maintenance. Therefore, the WLTP results should be considered as an indicator of the vehicle's performance and not as a guarantee of the actual energy consumption, emissions, or range that a driver will experience in real-world driving conditions, or for making a vehicle-to-vehicle comparison. All WLTP test values are provided in accordance with New Zealand Land transport Rule: Vehicle Efficiency and Emissions Data 2022.
