Terms and Conditions

  1. Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.
  2. The prize for this promotion a 7-Seater Tayron for a weekend of your choosing (pending promotor availability), an Ashley & Co. Gift Pack, and a Bouquet of Flowers
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
  4. To participate in the competition to win the prize, participants fill out the campaign form between 24th April and 3rd May 2026.
  5. There is 1x prize to give away to 1x winner. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-redeemable for cash. If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, Volkswagen may substitute the advertised prize for another prize that has approximately that same value.
  6. Prizes are personal to the winners and can’t be transferred to someone else unless we agree. If you can’t accept the prize for any reason, we can award the prize to another winner.
  7. 7. If you’re disqualified for any breach of these Rules (e.g. we find out you don’t match the eligibility criteria), we’ll choose another winner.
  8. 8. It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes we need to change a prize. If we do this, we’ll swap it out for something which is worth the same (or even more!).
  9. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.
  10.  The winner will be contacted by Volkswagen New Zealand via email by 5th May 2026.
  11.  The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and Volkswagen New Zealand.
  12.  You agree that we can publish your name and home city in connection with the competition.
